When creating a character/location/object/event by the same name warn that a duplicate exists.

I hope this includes links and mentions, as I seem to be creating duplicates in the right hand side (analysis?) This could have been created by some other duplication. I think I stopped some of this by being able to view mentions. How does one delete a mention?
